Montefiascone is located in Northern Lazio, about 2 hours north of Rome with a population of approximately 13,000. The True Vine Church is the first Evangelical Christian church in Montefiascone's 3000-year history. It was started in 2003 and has now been meeting in a centerally located building since the summer of 2005. Many church members travel 30 minutes to an hour to attend church as there is no other Bible teaching church closer to their homes.
